TASTE-O-METER Rating:

"Mandarin Masala Chai is vert similar to Blue Lotus' Traditional Masala Chai, except that the spice ratios seem to be a bit altered. The result, it seems to me, is a slightly thinner-tasting cup of chai. But I don’t mean thinner in terms of being weaker. Only that the mix of spices seem a bit less full in the mouth, which perhaps allows the flavor of the tea to come up front a bit more than it does within the Traditional mix. Still, the two are very close. I brought the apparent level of spice down a bit here. But make no mistake, it is still more than adequate."
