Calculating Your Shipping Cost and Estimated Delivery Time Before Ordering
The shipping/handling cost and delivery time of your order depend on your address and the shipping method you choose. To find out this information prior to ordering, add the product to your Shopping Basket, click Checkout, then enter your address. Several shipping methods will be listed on page 2 of Checkout. If you close the browser window or back out at that point, no order is created. Each shipping method shows an estimated delivery time for your order to arrive as a number of days. These are business days; Monday through Friday only, and not counting holidays. Do not assume that your order will arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time! If you need faster delivery, please select a faster shipping method.
 
Processing Time for Shipments
We make every effort to ship your order quickly and correctly. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after they are placed. 
 
Backordered Items
Most orders are shipped directly from stock on hand at our warehouse. If any product you purchase is temporarily on backorder, and unavailable to ship, we will email you asking if you would like to wait for the backordered portion of your order to ship, along with an estimated time when that will occur, or if you would prefer to cancel the backordered product and receive a refund for it. If you choose to wait for the backorder, your other order items will still ship presently. In other words, the order will be split into two shipments. Your shipping cost, however, will not increase.
 
Our Warehouse Location
Our main warehouse is located in New Mexico, USA. Some products, however, are still shipping from our old location in Indiana.
 
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
 
Refund Policy
Unopened items may be returned for store credit, less shipping, within 14 days after receipt of your order. Return shipping is at customer expense. Please contact us for an RMA number first. Note: All opened merchandise (the seal has been broken and/or the merchandise is not in new, resellable condition) is not returnable under any circumstances. For lost, damaged or incorrect items delivered, contact us by email within 14 days at spicegirls@chaidirect.com.

Address Accuracy
If you do not enter your address correctly, your package may be returned to us as undeliverable. Save time and frustration by double checking your address information for any typos and other errors. Just 1 typo can ruin your day and ours! And if you do notice a typo in your order confirmation after the order has been placed, please email us right away at spicegirls@chaidirect.com.
