TASTE-O-METER Rating
"All the David Rio mixes are finely honed, with nice subtleties and Elephant Vanilla chai is no exception. This mix increases the vanilla flavoring and sweetness goes up slightly. This one also seems a bit thicker and creamier. I didn't notice the lack of milk here, and found no reason to wish to add it in the mix, as with some of the other David Rio spiced chai mixes. In fact, while all these David Rio chai mixes are very good, balanced tasting chai, I cannot escape the feeling that they are almost "dessert" drinks due to the richness and finely blended spice flavorings - even though they are not exceptionally sweet."
