Orca Spice is David Rio's original sugar-free chai. This rich, creamy mixture of black tea and premium spices is made with the zero-calorie, zero-carb sweetener, sucralose. Delicately blended into a convenient mix, Orca Spice makes an excellent gift, or perfect daily cup for those looking to avoid sugar in their diet. Mix with hot water, milk, or milk substitute.
Ingredients: Non-dairy creamer (coconut oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate [a milk derivative], mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, soy lecithin), maltodextrin, black tea powder, natural spice blend, sucralose (Splenda), natural flavors.
*Note: This forumula does contain maltodextrin, which is considered metabolically equivalent to glucose (dextrose). Diabetics should consult their physician.

Preparation Ratio: Add 3 Tablespoons of mix to 6 ounces of milk, milk substitute, water, or combination thereof.

TASTE-O-METER Rating
"David Rio Orca Spice chai seems a little softer on the spices and sweetener that the other David Rio mixes. Also, despite including powdered milk in the mix, this gives a bit thinner outcome than the mixes that call for milk (such as David Rio Power Chai and David Rio Organic Masala Chai). I personally would opt to mix Orca Spice chai with milk, or half milk and water for a more ideal cup."
