"These Super Blends are no joke... highly potent spices here! This seems intended to go head to head with Blue Lotus, although that brand is even more concentrated (1/4 tsp is all it takes). David Rio recommendes using 1 tsp per cup.However, this is easily twice the spice load if you compare the result to their standard dry chai mixes. Anyway, make no mistake; a little goes a long way. This one is totally unsweetened. No sugar or any other sweetener substitutes. Add your sweetener of choice, or go unsweetened. The choice is yours."
