TASTE-O-METER Rating
"The first thing you will notice about David Rio Tortoise Green Tea chai mix is the distinct green tea taste, which conveys just a hint of bitter quality to it. Yet it is also very balanced, with a nice sweetness, that isn't overpowering. The spices are there for sure, but they seem to be held in check. This is a rich chai mix, with the green tea flavor clearly noticeable, yet not too far "out front." As with all the David Rio chai mixes, this conveys a sense of "dessert" drink due to its richness and full bodied flavor. I would recommend adding a little milk in the mix, however, to give it a little more body. If you like green tea and chai, check this one out!"
