Note: Sattwa has changed packaging from the old 64oz size to a larger 96oz (3 quart) size. The pour spout and flexible plastic container remains similar, although it no longer comes in the cardboard container. A case of FOUR 96oz packages is the same volume as the previous case of six 64oz packages. (Both equal 3 gallons.)

Exquisitely blended using only Organic Fair Trade Certified Black Tea with organic spices of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and cloves. Sattwa's claim is to be the finest, tastiest, masala chai on the market.
Sattwa chai is available in two varieties: Pre-brewed liquid chai and loose leaf, unbrewed chai for the "do it yourselfer." All varieties are labelled "Traditional style" although the unbrewed version is also sometimes known as "Sun Chai." Either way, it is the Sattwa taste and commitment to quality that makes these products stand apart. Instead of pursuing a wide assortment of flavors, the Sattwa motto seems to be Do one thing and do it well!
Ingredients: Water, pure cane sugar, cassia (cinnamon), assam tea, ginger, cloves, cardamom, black peppercorns, citric acid.
Attributes: Organic & Fair Trade Certified.
Type: Liquid Concentrate.
Preparation: Add equal parts concentrate with milk or milk substitute.
