Say When's Spicy Oolong Chai super concentrate marries the heat of ginger and black pepper with the floral and toasty notes of oolong tea. This Chai is a bit spicier than our Authentic version, but remains balanced as a result of our signature slow brewing process. Ingredients: An infusion of (Water, Cane Sugar*, Oolong Tea*, Cinnamon*, Ginger*, Cardamom*, Black Pepper*, Lemon Juice*. (*Organic)
Attributes: Certified Organic & Kosher by USDA and Canada, non-dairy.
Type: Liquid Concentrate 1:3
Preparation: Shake Well. Add 1 part concentrate to 3 parts milk or milk substitute. Heat and serve, or pour over ice. This chai super concentrate provides twice the number of servings as standard 1:1 liquid chai.

"Mixed with milk, this chai delivers a distinctly lighter tan color than most chais, you might even say a 'milky tan'. My first guess was that the chai flavor would be likewise weaker as well, but I was wrong. The Oolong tea flavor is distinct and seems to cut through well. This is an excellent chai!
