Pacific Chai is an extraordinary tea latte rich with ginger, honey, cloves and cinnamon. Just add water, milk or milk substitute. A rich, smooth alternative to traditional chai with a hint of vanilla. No trans fat or Hydrogenated oil. The large 3lb pouch serves 65. Contains 29mg caffeine per serving.
Ingredients: Sugar, Nondairy Creamer (Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Dipotassium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono and Diglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Soy Lecithin), Nonfat Dry Milk, Sweet Whey, Black Tea, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Spice Blend (Cinnamon, Anise, Cloves, Ginger), Vanilla Extract, Honey.

Recommended Mixing: 2 TBSP mix per 6-8oz milk, milk substitute or water.

"Pacific Chai's Vanilla flavor is slightly lighter on the spices than their flagship product, the Spiced Chai Latte mix. Vanilla is also slightly sweeter with a bit of 'front of palate' vanilla flavor. As with all Pacific Chai Latte mixes, the instructions indicate to mix with water. While this is certainly acceptable, a more standard chai latte consitency results by adding at least a splash of milk or cream. As with all Pacific chai mixes, the non-dairy creamer by itself is just a little too thin for the ideal chai latte."
