"Pacific Chai's Vanilla flavor is slightly lighter on the spices than their flagship product, the Spiced Chai Latte mix. Vanilla is also slightly sweeter with a bit of 'front of palate' vanilla flavor. As with all Pacific Chai Latte mixes, the instructions indicate to mix with water. While this is certainly acceptable, a more standard chai latte consitency results by adding at least a splash of milk or cream. As with all Pacific chai mixes, the non-dairy creamer by itself is just a little too thin for the ideal chai latte."
