Recommended Mixing: 2 TBSP mix per 6-8oz milk, milk substitute or water.
"Pacific Chai's Vanilla flavor is slightly lighter on the spices than their flagship product, the Spiced Chai Latte mix. Vanilla is also slightly sweeter with a bit of 'front of palate' vanilla flavor. And they have done a good job making the decaffeinated versions of each taste virtually identical to the standard, 'full cafs'. As with all Pacific Chai Latte mixes, the instructions indicate to mix with water. While this is certainly acceptable, a more standard chai latte consistency will be obtained by adding a splash of milk or cream. The non-dairy creamer by itself is just a little too thin for an ideal chai latte, in this taster's opinion."
